Sunny Oak is a very clean and well kept villa located in the peaceful community of Indian Point, only minutes to Disney, with shopping and restaurants just around the corner.
A 4 bedroom 2 bath villa located near Disney with private screened in pool, and spa, the master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. The second has a double bed and the 3rd  bedroom has two twin beds, perfect for the kids to enjoy a good night's rest, and the 4th bedroom has a queen bed. The living room is spacious with TV, DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an inside utility with a washer and dryer for your use.
This villa near Disney has a two car garage, but the best part of this home is the private screened in pool that can be heated during the winter months or when needed. (There is an extra charge for pool heat)
We also offer wireless internet, free unlimited calling in the USA and Canada and full cable TV for your relaxing moments from the all day fun at Disney's theme parks.
We welcome 5 nights or more reservations, and also one month, or two months stay at a reduced rate.
Starting at $695 per week, please add for 13% state and local sales tax.
We also accept Credit Cards, Master or Visa, Pay Pal, Western Union money gram, or personal check if you are state side.
There is a $300 security deposit, refundable at the end of your stay.

Catch all the excitement of Universal Studios® Mardi Gras! It's a party the whole family can enjoy as the sights and sounds of the Big Easy come to Universal Orlando® Resort.

Epcot's Flower & Garden Festival - The 19th Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival will run March 7-May 20. An eight-foot-tall floral Sorcerer Mickey topiary will greet guests at the entrance to Epcot, standing atop a 12-foot-tall floral mountain cliff and towering above the park's front-entrance topiary bed. The rest of the display will include manicured shapes of dancing broomsticks, buckets, mushrooms, hippos, alligators and elephants straight from the classic Disney film, Fantasia.
